RENTAL
MARKETING
First impressions mean a lot - especially how the owner's properties are shown. We make sure units are photo ready and marketed quickly to find the best tenant. We handle property pricing analysis, professional photography and listing the property on as many sites as possible to get the most reach.
RENT COLLECTION
Tenants are given various options to pay rent - directly to our company acct through Chase bank, through various applications that pay directly to our company checking acct (Zelle, Cash App, Venmo) or on our company website.
INSPECTIONS
Upon mgmt taken over we inspect each property with our general contractor documenting current conditions as well as anything the tenant may have failed to mention to the previous mgmt company. We conduct inspections twice a year - once in the summer and winter.
TENANT SCREENING
In today’s market, tenant screening has become more important than ever - let us take the load and find a great tenant for you. We have a set criteria that we look for when finding the right tenant such as verifying rental history, income and background checks
MAINTENANCE
We have in house contractors that handle repairs and have relationships with local companies to handle repairs as well.
LEASE ENFORCEMENT
Lease rules are explained to both the owners and tenants. Documents are provided to each party so that they understand the responsibilities of their role.
​We offer vacancy checks for properties that are being rehabbed but need to be watched, Cleanings, Junk removal and partial/full renovations for owners who want to flip properties.
